1290.016 Repeal.Sections 290.001-290.014 are repealed December 31, 2015.
History.s. 37, ch. 94-136; s. 11, ch. 2005-287.
1Note.Section 56, ch. 2017-36, as amended by s. 3, ch. 2021-179, provides that “[n]otwithstanding s. 290.016, Florida Statutes, enterprise zone boundaries in existence before December 31, 2015, are preserved for the purpose of allowing local governments to administer local incentive programs within these boundaries through December 31, 2021, except for eligible contiguous multi-phase projects in which at least one certificate of use or occupancy has been issued before December 31, 2021, and which project will then vest the remaining project phases until completion, but no later than December 31, 2025.”
