53-8-43. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Private conveyance of rights of way and easements to certain persons and entities -- Recordation of proceedings


The proceedings shall be indexed and recorded in books to be kept for that purpose by the judge of the probate court of each county in which any of the property is located.
