53-7-77. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Inclusion of administrator's or executor's debts to estate and partnership interests in inventory


Debts due by the administrator or executor to the estate shall be included in the inventory. Notice shall also be taken of any interest which the estate may have in an unsettled partnership, even if the assets are in the hands of a surviving partner.
