53-6-101. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Discharge of duties of county administrator after expiration of term or removal from office


When the term of a county administrator has expired or when he has been removed from office, he shall nevertheless continue to discharge the duties of administrator of all estates remaining in his hands unless his letters of administration shall be revoked.
