45-18-55. Commissioner of personnel administration as executive officer and custodian


The commissioner of personnel administration shall be the executive officer for the administration of this article and the custodian of such fund or funds as may be required in the implementation of this article. The commissioner of personnel administration shall employ such personnel as may be necessary to carry out his duties and responsibilities under this article.
