45-13-60. Created; appointment of director


There is created a division in the office of the Secretary of State to be known as the Georgia Capitol Museum. The division shall be under the control and supervision of the Secretary of State. There shall be a director of the division who shall be appointed as are other employees in the office of the Secretary of State.
