45-13-48. Establishment of prices for publications; furnishing of free copies to state institutions; disposition of excess copies of publications


The Secretary of State shall fix a fair price for publications published pursuant to this article, the revenue arising from such sales to be devoted to extending the work contemplated in this article, provided that at least one copy of such publications shall be furnished free of charge to any state institution making application for same through its constituted authorities. The Secretary of State is also authorized, in his discretion, either by sale or otherwise, to dispose of such excess copies of such publications as may from time to time accumulate and, in like manner, to dispose of any editions heretofore published, of which there may be an excess on hand.
