35-2-46. Dismissal of officers, troopers, and communications officers


All officers, troopers, and communications officers who are in the classified service of the State Personnel Administration may be dismissed from their employment with the department only in accordance with Chapter 20 of Title 45 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
