34-12-10. Issuance of permits


The department shall issue a permit to operate an amusement ride to the owner thereof upon successful completion of a safety inspection of the amusement ride conducted by a licensed inspector and upon receiving an application for permit with a certificate of insurance. The permit shall be valid for the calendar year in which issued.
