24-8-6. Establishment of lost records in superior court -- Right to file objections; time of filing same; hearing thereon


Any person who is adversely interested in the report of the auditor or who claims that there is any mistake in the report shall have the right to file objections thereto as specified in Code Section 24-8-4. Said objections shall be filed within 30 days after the filing of the report and shall be heard and determined in the manner prescribed in Code Section 24-8-4.
