24-5-27. Certified copy of deed or other instrument affecting real property admissible without accounting for original


A certified copy of a deed or any other instrument affecting real property which has been properly recorded in the office of the clerk of the superior court of the county or counties in which said property is situated shall be admissible in evidence under the same rules which would apply to the original without the necessity of accounting for the original instrument.
