Florida Traffic Court Rule 6.550

RULE 6.550. OFFICIAL MAY GRANT NEW HEARING

When, after a hearing, the official determines the traffic
infraction was committed, the official may grant a new hearing on a
motion of the defendant or on the official’s own motion.
