Florida Traffic Court Rule 6.510

RULE 6.510. DETERMINATION THAT INFRACTION WAS NOT
COMMITTED; BOND REFUNDED


If an official determines that the defendant did not commit an
alleged traffic infraction and a bond has been posted, the bond shall
be released to the defendant, pursuant to law.
