Florida Juvenile Procedure Rule 8.865

RULE 8.865. HEARINGS

(a) Time Requirements. Once the petition is filed, the court
shall hear the petition within 30 days.

(b) Attendance Required. The student and the student’s
parent, guardian, or legal custodian or, if the student is in foster
care, the case manager, shall attend the hearing.
