Florida Juvenile Procedure Rule 8.170

RULE 8.170. GUARDIAN AD LITEM

At any stage of the proceedings, the court may appoint a
guardian ad litem for the child.

A guardian ad litem shall not be required to post bond but
shall file an acceptance of the office.
